We’re on a roll!

We’re excited and proud of the Tulsa SPCA’s Mobile Adoption Center — MAC — because it provides us with a great way to serve the community by bringing together increasing numbers of our pets with people.

We worked for a long time to raise funds for MAC, then outfit the exterior with bigger-than-life sized pictures of real Tulsa SPCA graduates who are now in their forever homes. MAC works like a rolling animal shelter with our pets cruising in comfort to various locations around the area.

Since MAC first hit the road the fall of 2005, it has been the site of many first meetings of people and pets who eventually headed home together. Our goal is to increase the number of adoptions by at least 15 percent every year through the convenience of showing our shelter pets at diverse locations.

Many of you, friends of the Tulsa SPCA and our animals, donated extraordinary amounts of time, funds, talent and creative energy to make the MAC possible. We thank you!

Watch for MAC around town in various locations, at parades, fairs, festivals and other special events. Our pets and people love to make new friends, so stop in for a visit and pet a dog or kitty – even if you’re not ready for a new furry family member.
