Last night we celebrated CEO Mindy Tiner’s 10th Anniversary with Tulsa SPCA! Board members, volunteers, supporters, partners, staff, family and friends joined together to honor her and recognize the growth and accomplishments she has led to make us who we are today! Congrats Mindy and thank you for being a true champion in animal welfare!
