STEP 1: View available pets online at Adoptable Dogs or Adoptable Cats
STEP 2: Click on the photo of the dog or cat you are interested in potentially adopting. Click the grey button titled “Apply for adoption”. Fill out this application to let us know you are interested in adopting that specific dog or cat. Complete as much information as possible on the application. This will speed up the adoption process.
STEP 3: After your application is reviewed, you will receive an email informing you of your acceptance or rejection. Your acceptance will be determined by whether we believe the specific animal you have applied for is a good match for your family.
STEP 4: If your application has been accepted, you are welcome to visit during our open hours to meet the dog or cat you applied for. Please note that we operate on a first come, first serve basis. This means that priority is given to the individuals who are present on our premises at the time, even if your application has been accepted.

Under 6 months old – $166

Ask us about the minimum adoption donation for dogs and cats with the following circumstances:
- Have been at the Tulsa SPCA for over 30 days
- Have a medical condition
- Are 8 years or older
Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash. No checks, please.
STEP 5: Take your new pet to their forever home! Thank you!
If you make a connection, you are able to take them home the same day. Please bring a collar and leash for your new dog and/or a cat carrier for your new cat. Low-cost options are available for purchase at the shelter.
