Before You Visit
Important Information
Please review the following information before visiting our clinic to ensure a smooth and safe experience for you and your pet.
Cat Carriers Required
Cats must be in appropriate carriers at all times. Only one cat per carrier for surgical appointments. If you do not have a carrier, we will sell you one for $6. Please see examples of carriers on our visitor instructions page.
Dogs on Leashes
Please bring dogs in carriers or on leashes at all times while on the premises. This ensures the safety and comfort of all animals and people visiting our clinic.
Appointments Required for Preventative Care
The Preventative Care Clinic is by scheduled appointment only — this is NOT first-come, first-served like our vaccine clinic. Each appointment incurs a $30 exam charge per animal. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Not an Emergency Clinic
We are not an emergency veterinary clinic and there are some cases when we may refer you to another clinic. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact an emergency veterinarian immediately.
Rabies Vaccination Required
All animals must have a current rabies vaccination. Proof of rabies vaccination given by a veterinarian is required for spay/neuter procedures, or a rabies vaccine will be given for an additional charge.
Appointment Duration
Preventative care appointments are quick, taking only 20 minutes. Please note that we cannot add extra services during your visit unless they were chosen when you booked your appointment.
